NASCAR Race Weekend Hotel Rooms
During most RaceAway NASCAR weekends, fans stay at trusted hotel brands like Embassy Suites and Marriott hotels. Embassy Suites hotels offer spacious two-room suites, complimentary hot breakfasts, and—at many locations—convenient airport shuttle service. After an exciting day at the NASCAR track, guests can unwind with extra space and comfort at these well-appointed hotels included in our RaceAway NASCAR travel packages.
Track Transportation
Your race day seat is reserved—and getting there is easy. Every RaceAway Hospitality package includes private charter motorcoach transportation to and from the track. These luxury buses are reserved exclusively for RaceAway guests and operated by trusted transportation providers with local experience, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and stress-free ride on NASCAR race weekends.
These are not ordinary shuttles — they’re private charter motor coaches reserved exclusively for RaceAway guests. Our buses park at the track and remain there until the race ends, ensuring a smooth, stress-free departure. After the checkered flag, guests board for a comfortable ride back to the hotel with no long lines or delays — a major advantage, especially at high-traffic venues like Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
NASCAR Tickets Included
Premium NASCAR race tickets are a key part of every RaceAway Hospitality package. We carefully choose grandstand seats with full views of the track and pit road, close to concessions, restrooms, and easy access points. At most NASCAR tracks, the best seats are higher in the grandstands, giving fans clear sight lines to follow cars around the entire racing circuit for an unforgettable race day experience.
If you prefer race tickets other than those included, please ask. We can provide seating in most locations at any of the tracks we visit (but our seats are pretty darn good, already).
Pit Road Passes
Pit passes are included or available as an upgrade with most RaceAway Hospitality packages. A pre-race pit road experience lets fans get close to the action as NASCAR crews prepare cars, set up pit boxes, and organize equipment for race day. Guests often spot authentic souvenirs like stray lug nuts while exploring pit road. It’s an unforgettable behind-the-scenes NASCAR experience—perfect for photos and memories that last long after the checkered flag waves.
We Are NASCAR Fans
NASCAR fans are some of the most passionate and enthusiastic sports fans—and that’s what makes hosting our NASCAR tour packages so rewarding. At RaceAway Hospitality, we welcome guests of all ages and from all over the world to experience the thrill of race day. From first-time NASCAR fans to seasoned veterans who remember the early days of stock car racing, it’s our privilege to create unforgettable NASCAR weekend experiences for everyone.
A Typical Day at the Races
A RaceAway NASCAR weekend is a full experience designed for true fans. We depart from the hotel early in the morning to make the most of your race day at the track. Guests have plenty of time to explore the speedway grounds, visit the midway fan zone, shop for their favorite driver’s official NASCAR merchandise, and soak up the electric pre-race atmosphere.
You’ll have the opportunity to see the cars, enjoy trackside entertainment, and settle into your reserved grandstand seats well before the green flag waves.
